Privacy

Privacy policy.

Plain English, not a legal maze. What this site collects, why, how long it's kept, and how to get it deleted.

What this site collects

01

The fit-call form

Your name, email, business type, roughly how many leads reach out, and your biggest bottleneck. Sent to HubSpot when you submit.

02

Calendar bookings

Booking a call runs through Calendly. Your name, email, and anything you add there are collected by Calendly directly, under their own privacy practices.

03

The chat widget

What you type into the corner widget. Once the live conversation is active, that text is sent to Anthropic (the company behind Claude) to generate a reply, and saved to HubSpot as part of your lead record if the conversation reaches a real outcome.

04

Site analytics

HubSpot's tracking script runs on this site to see where visitors come from and how the site is used, under HubSpot's own privacy practices.

One more thing: your English/Spanish choice is remembered in your browser's session storage only. It's never sent to a server and clears when you close the tab.

Why

To respond to your inquiry and work out whether Aixor is a fit, to schedule and manage the fit call, to keep a record of what we discussed so you don't have to repeat yourself, and to understand basic site traffic.

How long it's kept

Kept while you're a prospect or client, and for a reasonable time after in case you get back in touch. Ask at any point and it's deleted sooner. See below.

Your choices

Do you sell my data?

No. Never sold, never shared with anyone outside the tools listed above, never used to train anything.

Who else can see my information?

Nobody. HubSpot, Calendly, and Anthropic process data to make the service work, but I'm the only person who logs in and looks at what's there. More on that on the trust page.

How do I get my information deleted?

Email info@aixor.co and it's removed.

Does this site use cookies?

HubSpot's analytics script sets cookies to track site visits. The language toggle uses your browser's session storage instead, which isn't a cookie and never leaves your browser.

Can I ask for an NDA?

Yes, available on request, not something signed automatically with every client. Ask on the fit call or by email.

Questions this page doesn't answer?

Email info@aixor.co.
